I actively engage you in the therapeutic process and support the changes you want to make in your relationships, your family and your professional life. I work with adults, children, couples and families with cultural diversity. Depending on your needs I use an cognitive-behavioral approach, relaxation and guided imagery or action methods and expressive arts to help you find creative solutions or increase your coping strategies tailored to your unique issues and goals. I offer play therapy for children and support families who are faced with separation, divorce and co-parenting issues.
People who suffer from trauma reactions often feel alone and disconnected from others. Psychodrama is an experiential and creative approach to healing from trauma in the supportive environment of a therapy group.
